Eye Care Tips
1) Keep an arm’s distance from your computer screen, ensure your eyes are looking slightly downwards when viewing the middle of the screen
2) Blink frequently
3) Look away from the screen every 20 minutes and focus at an object 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds
4) Adjust the contrast and brightness on your screen settings to reduce glare and to a level that is comfortable for you
5) Eat a balanced diet
